Small Group

Group training is a great way to get together, be active and learn something new with your friends or family. In these 60 min sessions you will not only have fun and laugh a lot but work hard too! These sessions are for a group of 3 or 4 individuals. These 60 min sessions include strength training and mobility exercises but can also be designed as HIIT or Bootcamp style. Starting at $50/session per person.
